- You are a consumer and request the return within 14 calendar days
- The item is **unused** and in **original, unopened packaging**
- All accessories, instructions, and packaging are intact
- The item has not been installed, tested, or tampered with

- Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
- You are responsible for return shipping (unless the item is faulty or sent in error)
- We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service
- You must keep your proof of postage

Returns for unwanted items or items ordered in error may be subject to a **restocking fee of up to 19%** of the item's value. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
